Packing and shipping process:

Equipment inspection → Packaging reinforcement → Packing and fixing → Customs clearance for export → Sea transportation → Customs clearance at destination port → Distribution and delivery.

1. Equipment inspection: Make sure the equipment is in good condition, no oil leakage, and whether the detachable parts are complete.

2. Measurement record: accurately measure the length, width, height, weight and center of gravity position of the equipment, especially the protruding parts.

3. Document preparation: Prepare commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, quality inspection certificate, instruction manual and so on.

4. Packaging reinforcement: apply anti-rust oil, wrap anti-rust film, place desiccant. Installation of fixed structure, do dustproof, moisture-proof, anti-vibration treatment.

5. Posting signs: label the outer package, indicating the size, weight, destination, precautions and so on.

6.Boxing and fixing: use forklift/crane to load the equipment slowly, add wooden wedge or rubber mat at the bottom for anti-slip, use steel wire rope + fastener + angle iron to fix it, and take photos to record the process of boxing and keep them for record.

7.Sealing inspection: check whether the equipment is shaken, check whether the documents are placed with the box, seal the box and add seals.

8.Customs declaration: submit invoices, packing lists, contracts, customs declarations and other customs declaration documents.

9.Shipment tracking: obtain bill of lading (B/L) after shipment, tracking transportation status.

10.Customs clearance: Delivery of import license, certificate of origin, quality inspection report and other customs clearance information, acceptance of inspection and pick-up.
