Equipment mechanism and system configuration

14. The frame is solid and reliable, and the expander machine must be machined as a whole to ensure the unity of the installation datum planes, and the datum planes are on the same horizontal plane or parallel to each other; each bearing seat in the same horizontal plane must be processed and formed at one time.
15. The two guide columns and screws of the expander must have sufficient rigidity and precision. The rack must not be deformed during hoisting, and the two guide posts must have automatic lubrication devices.
16.After the expansion rod is installed, it can be positioned manually, and the expansion rod will not fall when the tube is retracted after expansion; when it is disassembled, the lock will not be loosened, and the expansion rod will not be loose, but it can be easily taken out by hand.
17.After the expansion tube return sleeve is fixed, it does not rotate and does not fall, and has no interference with the side plate of the product, and can be disassembled by hand. The expander has a buffer function at the start and end of expansion and retraction.
