The fully automatic CNC Tube Bender adopts servo, hydraulic pump, and air cylinder driving modes according to different servo axes, realizing the high-speed, high-precision, and high-yield processing requirements of 3D pipe fittings. Optional 3D simulation software can effectively avoid interference in the pipe bending process; strong pushing can achieve the minimum clamping length and the minimum bending radius, and can also complete the push-bending forming of any arc, realizing the function of one machine for multiple uses and small batch error.
