SC-30 Tube Straightening and Cutting Machine

The chipless cutting and chipless tube straightening machine equipped with three-part clamping die is specially designed for copper, aluminum tube and XPAP plastic aluminum composite tube process, which adopts three-part clamping die to assist tube straightening and chipless cutting, and is mainly used for tube blanking before tube bending or welding process of condenser and evaporator. Compared to normal design with two-half clamping die, we design the three-part clamping die based on lathe chuck structure, and this three-part clamping die can effectively reduce tube distortion during chipless cutting, making chipless cutting more stable while also simplifying clamping die changing and adjustment.
