Model Characteristics：

1. This machine automates the fixed-length cutting of copper and aluminum tubes through processes including unwinding, rounding/straightening, feeding, chip-free cutting, oil spraying, and collection—requiring only manual tube loading and initial threading.  

2. Comprising an unwinding system , support frame, main body, rounding/straightening mechanism, servo feeding system, chip-free cutting unit, clamping molds, collection rack, oil-cooling/lubrication system, pneumatic system, and electrical control system.  

3. The welded carbon steel main body is stress-relieved, with a one-time machined base plate and smooth-moving guide columns.  

4. Equipped with a chip-free cutting system (4 stations for different tube diameters) and manually adjustable rounding/straightening for coil curvature.  

5. The pneumatic cylinder-driven collection rack synchronizes with the cutter for automated material gathering.  

6. Servo feeding uses a"Inovance"AC servo motor, with ball screw and linear guideway (domestic brands).  

7. The chip-free cutter employs an"AIRTAC"pneumatic cylinder for adjustable-speed forward/return motion, with a Cr12Mov vacuum-heat-treated cutting head main part.  

8. An oil-cooling/lubrication system prolongs blade life and improves cut quality (recommended: volatile oil).  

9. Three clamping molds (feeding, front/rear cutting fixation) driven by"Airtac"multi-stage cylinders.  

10. All pneumatic components (cylinders, filters) are"Airtac"brand.  

11."Inovance"PLC and servos enable manual/auto/single-cycle/full-cycle modes, automating all processes except manual loading, threading, and length input.  

12. Automated functions: coil straightening, measured feeding, clamping, chip-free cutting, oil lubrication, preset quantity counting, full-count stop/alarm, material-empty alert, and auto-discharge. Each step allows manual override except interlocked actions.  

13. Cut length is set via touchscreen. Low-voltage components include"Schneider"switches and"OMRON"relays.
