Common faults and causes
1. Hydraulic valve leakage
Damaged seals: seals, gaskets and other seals are worn, aged or damaged, resulting in hydraulic oil leakage.
Spool and seat mismatch: spool and seat between the presence of scratches, wear or foreign objects, resulting in poor sealing.
Improper installation: hydraulic valve installation is not properly tightened or not aligned with the interface, resulting in poor sealing.
2. Hydraulic valve action is not sensitive or stalled
Hydraulic oil contamination: hydraulic oil contains impurities or contaminants, blocking the valve spool or valve seat, resulting in insensitive action.
Valve spool or seat wear: long-term use of the valve spool or seat wear, so that the fit gap is too large, affecting the sensitivity of the action.
Spring fatigue or damage: spring fatigue or damage after long-term use, resulting in the valve spool can not be reset properly.
3. Hydraulic valve pressure or flow regulation failure
Adjustment screw damage: adjustment screw loose, damaged or stuck by foreign objects, can not properly adjust the pressure or flow.
Spool stuck: the spool is stuck by foreign objects or wear and tear caused by the action is not flexible, affecting the pressure or flow regulation.
Hydraulic oil viscosity is too high: hydraulic oil viscosity is too high, resulting in hydraulic oil flow is not smooth, affecting the pressure or flow regulation.
4. Hydraulic valve internal leakage
Valve spool and seat sealing bad: between the valve spool and seat there are scratches, wear or foreign objects, resulting in internal leakage of hydraulic oil.
Spring failure: spring fatigue or damage, resulting in the valve spool can not tightly fit the valve seat.
Hydraulic oil pressure is too high: the hydraulic oil pressure exceeds the design pressure of the hydraulic valve, resulting in poor sealing between the spool and the valve seat.
Solution
1. For hydraulic valve leakage
Replacement of seals: Inspect and replace damaged seals, gaskets and other seals.
Repair or replace spools and seats: Repair scratches or wear on spools and seats, and replace with new ones if necessary.
Reinstall the hydraulic valve: Reinstall the hydraulic valve according to the correct method, make sure the interface is aligned and tightened.
2. For the hydraulic valve action is not sensitive or stagnant
Clean the hydraulic valve: disassemble the hydraulic valve and clean the spool, seat and valve body of impurities.
Replacement of worn parts: Check the wear and tear of the valve spool and seat, and replace with new parts if necessary.
Replace springs: Check springs for fatigue or damage and replace with new ones if necessary.
3. For hydraulic valve pressure or flow regulation failure
Check the adjusting screw: check whether the adjusting screw is loose or damaged, if necessary, replace the new adjusting screw.
Clean the spool and seat: clean the spool and seat to ensure that no foreign matter stuck.
