The equipment combines servo, hydraulic pump and air cylinder driving modes to meet the 3D pipe fitting processing requirements of high speed, high precision and high yield. It is equipped with a self-developed HUASHUN special control system, supporting free switching between automatic and manual modes, with 10-inch color LCD touch screen for easy operation. It realizes two-way conversion of XYZ coordinates and YBC working datum, and can program simultaneous actions of three movements (Y+B+C), with accurate angle setting and spring back compensation for each bend.
It adopts fully hydraulic clamping and drop-way hydraulic clamping, with adjustable speed direct acting hydraulic pressure die, automatically releasing the tube before final bending to ensure bending quality. Equipped with automatic head lubrication and cooling system, the machine runs stably for a long time. It supports emergency stop without interrupting the program, and automatic Y-axis positioning to ensure workpiece consistency. The machine is compatible with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass and other metal materials, and can realize various arc push-bending forming to achieve multi-purpose of one machine.
