The equipment supports free switching between automatic and manual operation modes, adapting to small-batch customization and large-batch standardized processing needs. Its double bending heads can run independently or realize synchronous symmetric bending, and the rotatable bending head structure meets the processing of complex geometric pipe parts. It adopts a stable dual-cabinet structure, with easy adjustment of the bending shaft center; the distance between double heads is servo-driven for adjustment, realizing fast, precise and low-noise positioning, and the built-in enhanced head locking system automatically locks the head in place to improve operation stability. Equipped with a triple clamping design, it avoids workpiece deformation to the greatest extent, and fully complies with CE and ISO9001 certifications with a complete safety protection system. The equipment can bend 2/4/6/8 tubes at one time (depending on tube size and bending radius), compatible with various metal materials and cross-section pipe types.
