Main structure:
- Frame
The rack is the main frame of the aluminum cutting machine, which is used to support and fix other parts. It is usually welded by high-strength steel, with high rigidity and stability.
- Feeding device
The feeding device is used to feed the aluminum to be cut into the cutting area. It is usually equipped with air floatation device, feed roller and pressure cylinder to ensure that the aluminum will not be scratched during the feeding process and can reach the cutting position accurately.
- Cutting System
Cutting system is the core component of aluminum cutting machine, mainly including saw blade, saw blade guard and saw blade locking device. The saw blade is usually made of cemented carbide material, which can cut the aluminum material efficiently.
- Slider and hydraulic system
The slider part consists of slider, hydraulic cylinder and mechanical block. The hydraulic system drives the slider up and down through the cylinder to realize the cutting action of the saw blade.
- Clamping device
Clamping device is used to fix the aluminum material to ensure its stability in the cutting process. Usually, it adopts side top cylinder and press cylinder, which is guided by guide rail to ensure the precision of cutting.
- Lubrication system
The lubrication system is divided into two parts: saw blade lubrication and guide rail lubrication. Saw blade lubrication adopts micro lubrication device, through vegetable oil atomization spray, to extend the service life of the saw blade; guide rail lubrication adopts automatic lubrication device, to ensure the smooth operation of the guide rail and slider.
- Control system
The control system is the “brain” of the aluminum cutting machine, responsible for controlling the operation of the whole equipment. It is usually controlled by PLC or computer, which can realize the setting of cutting parameters, the cumulative calculation of cutting times and other functions.
- Worktable and protective devices
The working table is used to place the aluminum to be cut and provide support. At the same time, the aluminum cutting machine is also equipped with a saw blade guard and sawdust convergence outlet pipe, which is used to protect the safety of the operator and clean up the sawdust produced by cutting.

- Daily maintenance:

Check whether the air pressure system and hydraulic system are normal.
- Regular maintenance:
Check and lubricate the key parts, such as pivot bar, press frame, etc. every week.
Regularly check the belt tightness and wear.
Clean the micro lubrication device and replace the cutting fluid.
Check the oil quantity and quality of hydraulic oil and replace it when necessary.
- Other Precautions:
Avoid overloading the equipment to avoid damaging the machine.
Use proper cutting oil to ensure machining quality and equipment life.
Establish equipment maintenance records to facilitate timely detection and resolution of problems.
Safety norms:
Operators must be professionally trained, and unauthorized operation by non-professionals is strictly prohibited.
Protective equipment must be worn during operation, and operation after drinking or fatigue is strictly prohibited.
