1. Bend Die
   1. Wheel mold diameter (D): the diameter of the wheel mold on the pipe bender. The diameter of the wheel die determines the minimum bend radius that can be achieved by the bender.
   2. Bend Radius (R): The radius of the inside of the pipe after bending.
   3. The relationship between the bending radius and the diameter of the wheel mold can be expressed by the following approximate equation:

R ≥ k × D

k is a constant, usually taking values between 1 and 3, depending on the properties of the material and the processing method.

4. Pressure Die

Support control, designed according to the maximum bending angle of your product.

5. Wiper Die

According to the material of the pipe, the material is generally selected (A3/20#/45#/tin bronze) according to the pipe diameter/bending radius.

6. Mandrel

According to your pipe diameter to match the appropriate gap, the mandrel has a variety of connection forms, it is necessary to design the number of mandrel ball according to the bending radius R and bending angle of the product.
