1. Product Overview
The equipment is equipped with HUASHUN self-designed Master Center software and a standard 10-inch color LCD touch screen, supporting free switching between automatic and manual operation modes, with humanized operation interface and multi-language capability, and real-time system diagnosis function for easy equipment maintenance. Its feeding and rotation are driven by servo motors, and it has a two-way conversion function between XYZ coordinates and YBC working datum, supporting simultaneous motion programming of three axes (Y+B+C). Aiming at the material springback problem in bending, it can set programmable springback parameters for each bending angle and realize independent tube springback compensation, effectively ensuring bending accuracy.
In terms of structural control, the equipment adopts full hydraulic clamping for clamp die and pressure die, with drop-way hydraulic clamping structure and direct-acting hydraulic pressure die with adjustable speed valve, which can flexibly adjust clamping force and pressure speed. It can automatically release the tube before the final bending to avoid workpiece deformation, and realize high-quality repeatable bending of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass and other materials. Equipped with foot pedal cycle start, automatic head lubrication and special cooling system, it not only facilitates operation, but also ensures long-term stable operation of the equipment and reduces mechanical wear. The three-phase power supply can be customized according to requirements (220V/380V/415V), adapting to different industrial power supply environments.
