Tube Laser Maintenance Methods

Daily maintenance recommendations:

1. Check the copper nozzle before light output, keep it clean and free from clogging.

2. check the protective lens before turning on the light to keep it clean, replace it in time if it is damaged and calibrate it.

3. check whether the water in the water cooler tank is within the specified scale line.

4. check the use of the gas used, replace it in time when the gas pressure is insufficient, and report it in time when there is no spare gas.

5. Use compressed air to blow clean the dust on the light guide sheath.

6. check whether the laser cutting machine guide rail screw is clean, there are foreign body dust clean up in time.

7. Take out the products dropped in the trash box and put them in the designated place.

8. work area floor sanitation and operating table, electrical cabinet, laser head, external cleaning work.

Weekly maintenance recommendations:

1. Check the focusing lens, if there is dust, clear it in time, be careful not to scratch the lens.

2. Use compressed air to clean the dust in the main control cabinet, machine body and air conditioner fan heaters.

3. check whether the oil in the oil tank is within the prescribed scale, add and replenish in time.

4. Clean the trash box under the workbench once a week.

Monthly maintenance recommendations:

1. Delete the unneeded cutting programs inside the machine in time.

2. Check and clean the machine each exhaust fan filter dust, clean dust removal fan filter.

3. Lubricate the laser cutting machine guide rail screw. 4.

4. Monthly maintenance of Z-axis ball screw and linear slide (add grease).

Quarterly maintenance recommendations:

Quarterly maintenance of the total reflector and polarizer, wipe clean as much as possible, but do not scratch and pair.

Check the oil level of the laser vacuum pump.

Quarterly check the ice water machine cooling water is not cloudy, too dirty to replace.

Termly maintenance recommendations:

Remove the cold dryer drain valve to clean it.

Clean the reflector lens and verify that the light path is not offset and make any necessary adjustments.

Change vacuum pump oil every 1,000 hours (verify that there is enough fresh oil before changing; an oil level of 4/3 is sufficient).
