Riveting Machine
Riveting machines attach rivets between two or more workpieces by pressure and impact, permanently joining them together. The main structural components of the riveting machine

Pneumatic riveting machine: through the pneumatic drive for riveting, commonly used in light and medium-sized riveting work, easy to operate, suitable for most production needs.
Hydraulic Riveting Machine: Hydraulically driven, suitable for large size rivets and heavy materials, suitable for thick materials and high strength requirements of the riveting process.

Riveting machine workflow
Preparation: Place the rivets in the riveting holes and fix the workpiece on the working table.
Start the machine: through the start button, the motor or cylinder drives the riveting head to move downward.
Riveting process: the riveting head applies pressure to make the rivet plastic deformation, forming a solid “head”.
Completion of riveting: After the riveting is completed, the riveting head automatically rises and the riveting of the workpiece is completed.
