An automated process that integrates tube cutting, tube end forming and chamfering. After cutting the pipe, the automated equipment molds and chamfers the pipe ports for subsequent welding or joining. The combination of two processes, automatic flaring and tube bending, realizes the multifunctional processing of tubes. Tubes are first automatically expanded by the flaring machine, and then bent by the bending machine.
Tube end forming + roll rounding program
Combining tube end forming with roll rounding processing is suitable for tubes that require complex ports or curves. Pipe end forming conforms the pipe end to the connection requirements, while roll rounding gives the pipe higher curvature and smoothness. The combination of the two allows for a better fit of the pipe during industrial assembly, avoiding assembly difficulties due to size mismatches or curve problems.
Chamfering + Deburring + Robot Palletizing Solution
Integrated chamfering, deburring and robot palletizing functions for the subsequent processing of tubes. Tubes are often burred after processing, affecting quality and assembly. An automatic chamfering and deburring system removes excess burrs without damaging the surface of the tube. The robot automatically palletizes and stacks the finished tubes, placing them neatly for subsequent handling or packaging.
